Emergency Help
MeetSafe is not an emergency service. MeetSafe does not contact police, ambulance, fire, emergency numbers, or emergency services for you. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical help, call your local emergency services now.
Using MeetSafe
MeetSafe helps you set safety check-ins, choose trusted contacts, and ask those contacts to follow up if you press Not OK or do not confirm you are okay in time.
You are responsible for choosing trusted contacts carefully, keeping their details current, and having your own safety plan for urgent situations.
Alert Limits
Alerts can fail or be delayed due to device settings, network availability, permissions, notification delivery, SMS provider availability, app store services, carrier filtering, recipient device state, or responder availability.
MeetSafe cannot guarantee safety, message delivery, or that any responder will see or act on an alert.
Responsible Use
- Only add trusted contacts who agree to be contacted.
- Do not use MeetSafe to prank, harass, or message unwilling recipients.
- Do not treat MeetSafe as live safety supervision or a substitute for local emergency services.
- Use clear notes and realistic times so your trusted contact understands the plan.
Subscriptions And Stores
If MeetSafe offers paid features, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, billing, and entitlement state may be handled through the relevant Apple or Google app store platform.
