Simple member flow

A lightweight wellbeing add-on for independent gyms.

MeetSafe gives members a simple way to share a plan with someone they trust before a workout, walk, run, or commute home.

1

Set a check-in

A member starts a temporary safety session for the activity they are about to do.

2

Choose a trusted contact

The member decides who should know if they need follow-up.

3

Check out safely

When they are safe, the member confirms they are okay and the session ends.

Why gyms use it

Helpful for the moments around training.

Simple wellbeing add-on

Offer members a practical check-in tool without changing gym operations.

No staff monitoring required

MeetSafe is user-led. Members choose their own trusted contacts and manage their own sessions.

QR poster or partner link

Put a MeetSafe poster near reception, lockers, or exits, and share a partner link in member communications.

Privacy-first by design

Sessions are temporary and intentional. MeetSafe is not constant location tracking.

Useful after hours

Supports late-night training, solo sessions, quiet car parks, and the trip home.

Works beyond the gym floor

Members can use check-ins for walks, runs, outdoor training, and daily gym commutes.

What MeetSafe is not

Clear limits, stated plainly.

MeetSafe is a trusted-contact check-in tool. It should be used as part of a broader personal safety plan.

  • MeetSafe is not an emergency service.
  • MeetSafe does not contact police, ambulance, fire, emergency numbers, or emergency services.
  • MeetSafe does not constantly track users.
  • Alerts can fail or be delayed due to device settings, network availability, permissions, notification delivery, SMS provider availability, app store services, and responder availability.
Partner setup

Start with a poster, a link, and a simple code.

Early partners can use a QR poster and partner link while the wider partner program is being shaped.

Display the QR poster

Place it where members naturally pause: reception, lockers, exits, noticeboards, or staffed desks.

Share the partner link

Add the link to newsletters, Instagram bios, member onboarding messages, or community posts.

Use an early partner code

Optional partner codes help MeetSafe attribute interest from your gym while the program grows.

Capture referrals

The existing partner flyer flow can create an official referral code and QR link for review.
