How To Request Deletion
Email developer@meetsafe.io and ask to delete your MeetSafe account.
Please include the email address associated with your MeetSafe account so we can locate it. Do not include sensitive safety-session details in your email unless we ask for them for verification or support.
In-App Deletion
If your installed version of MeetSafe includes account deletion inside the app, you may also be able to start deletion from Profile or account settings.
If you cannot find that option, email developer@meetsafe.io and we will help with the request.
What May Be Deleted
Deletion may include account identifiers, profile information, safety contacts, device notification tokens, and safety-session data connected to your account, subject to the limits below.
Retention Limits
Some information may be retained where required or reasonably needed for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, compliance, backup, or audit reasons.
